Inpatient Care
About Inpatient Care
When you need closer support and what matters most
Most people living with a life-limiting illness try their best to manage their symptoms at home. However, there may come a time when symptoms become difficult to control, or when more care and support are needed.
With inpatient care, patients will receive round-the-clock medical support and nursing care focused on comfort and wellbeing.
Patients cared for by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, medical social workers and allied health team who work together to manage symptoms and support the patient’s psychosocial wellbeing. Care is guided by what matters most to each patient, ensuring dignity, comfort and respect throughout their stay.
